Our Principles

We are not in the outfitting profession to make a quick buck. We love the outdoors, hunting, and spending time with people who share that interest. We are professionals grounded in an unrelenting focus on high quality, integrity and respect — for our guests, our guides and the animals we pursue. We want to share this with you because if you understand what we stand for, you will know what you can expect in your dealings with us. We have developed a set of principles to guide our everyday actions.

Guiding Principles…

PRINCIPLES IMPLICATIONS
Deliver an extraordinary hunting experience First and foremost, we are here to serve you. We recognize that for most of us, a hunting trip to British Columbia is not an insignificant investment of time and money. While we do not provide guaranteed kills, we can say that we have some incredible trophy animals in our territory, and our guides will work their hardest to help you find the opportunity. We only take a few hunters per year to improve your chances at taking such an animal. We do guarantee that you will find this to be one of the most beautiful landscapes in North America, and that you will have quality cabins and meals.
Be highly competent professionals We are rigorous in our selection of guides, hiring only those with the unique combination of ethics, skill and tenacity to help you be successful. We pay our guides very well and feel that they deserve it because they really make a difference.
Be stewards of the land We do not just take from the land. We believe that it is our duty to be active stewards by giving back to it. Every year, we clear out avalanche slides and undertake other habitat enhancement efforts. We could take many more hunters in our territory with likely little impact on game populations. However, we would rather have fewer hunters with more chances at trophy animals. We will only harvest that which is sustainable.
Conduct ourselves with the highest ethical standards We will abide by the Guide Outfitters Association of British Columbia code of ethics and strive to be “100% clean” in following all game laws and regulations.
